Rental PROCESS
Please treat my gowns as if you are borrowing from a friend.
I want the dresses to stand the test of time and provide joy to many future clients. I need your help in doing that!
Reserving A GOWN
LOCAL RENTAL

1. Browse our Gown Collection and decide on the perfect dress for you. Fill out our Contact Form.

2. I'll confirm the gown availability and send you the client intake form with the rental agreement to review and sign.
​
3. Once the form is completed, you will be sent an invoice via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Square (credit/debit card).
​
4. After the invoice is paid, you are officially booked and we will coordinate pick up and drop off times for your rental period. Pick up/drop off location for local rentals is in South Tampa.

SHIPPED RENTAL​
​
Shipped Gowns will arrive 1-2 business days (many times sooner) before your photoshoot. Save the box the dress arrives in.

Returning THE GOWN
LOCAL RENTAL
Return the gown 1-2 days after your photoshoot (unless we discussed a later return date). Dress drop off is also in South Tampa.

SHIPPED RENTALS
A return shipping label is included in your box for easy returns. Mail the gown back the following business day after your photoshoot. Send us an email letting us know it has been shipped.

REMEMBER, WE TAKE CARE OF THE CLEANING!
Brush off as much sand and pick out as much debris as you can. Make sure the dress is fully dry before putting it back in the garment bag. This is especially important if sending it back in the mail, it will get mildew and cause significant damage.
